Chad Smith is a NRPP certified & licensed radon measurement and mitigation professional and the owner of Monarch Radon Testing and Founder of RadonSketch, with extensive experience in radon diagnostics, mitigation system design, and standards-based compliance. He works closely with builders, inspectors, and regulators to ensure radon systems are designed and documented in accordance with ANSI/AARST guidelines. Coming from a field-first background, Chad focuses on practical, defensible approaches to indoor air quality challenges and has a strong interest in how technology and data - including emerging AI tools - can support better decision-making while preserving the role of professional judgment and established standards.
